Anna's Birthday!

This is Anna, and I'm co-writing a post with Triniti and Jessica for my birthday. My birthday was awesome! I was not expecting a party at all. We had come back from our government class which was Friday morning. While I was putting something from one car trunk to my car's trunk, Mom handed Triniti a letter.

When I walked up, Triniti handed me the letter. I mentioned that it was my first present of the day, and opened the letter. I opened it and read it. It said that I was going to have a surprise sleepover party!! I was totally surprised, although I didn't show it much. I'm terrible at showing how happy I am with presents/surprises. I try, but I still stink at it. :)

Next, we drove back to our house. At this point, only Triniti, Serena, and one other of my friends was there. We played a game of Clue (which I won...), then bundled back into the car to go to dinner.

While we were eating dinner at In-n-Out, Jessica joined us. After dinner we went to a caramel apple making class at a nearby bakery. All of us made three apples: a tuxedo, an apple pie apple, and a chocolate dipped one with whatever topping we wanted. I chose Butterfinger. Yummy!

Also while we were there, I wore this really funny birthday hat while everybody else sang happy birthday to me:

After the decorating class, we headed home. I opened my presents (which all were really awesome!). I felt like I had a lot of presents this year, plus I still have some coming from family members!

We made several prank calls (something I've never done before, and I really didn't 'make' them, I just listened) and then decided to watch Thor. It ended around 12 midnight, so we set up our air mattresses downstairs and then watched Thor 2. Both were really good, but they both had cliffhangers that left you going 'What?? Wait - I need more information!!'

Jessica fell asleep pretty early on in Thor 2, but the rest of us stayed up. Triniti, my other friend and I stayed up until 3:30 talking. Triniti and I were both up at seven the next morning (Ugg...) and we played several card games before Serena joined us.

Once Jessica and my other friend were up and everyone had eaten, we mostly just hung around until everyone was picked up!

Overall, it was a really fun birthday, and I'm so thankful for all of my friends. I'm fifteen now!! (Six more months until I can get my driving permit - super excited about that!)

Thanks for reading and be sure to check back next week!!
