Fandoms: By Jessica

Hi again readers! Today I will be talking about fandoms! I was thinking about all the different fandoms and have realized that I have a ton of them. I actually looked up the word "fandom" and there was a real dictionary definition. Fandom means: the state or condition of being a fan of someone or something.The fans of a particular person, team, fictional series, etc., regarded collectively as a community. 


There are many fandoms out there but here are my top 8!

1. Sherlock- 

Currently this is my favorite show… the characters are very well played and every episode has lots of suspense, action, and mystery.

2. Gilmore girls- 

I like this show because it's very fun, light-hearted, and has a  pretty good story. The relationship between the mom and daughter is super cute!


3. Poldark- 

I just finished the first season of this show and I am now obsessed! I can't wait to watch the second season! I like this show so much because the story is amazing and it's well made.


4. La La Land-

I just recently saw this since it came out recently and it was really good. I like how they incorporate old time musicals into a modern movie. It was really well done and the songs were really well done and fun. 


5. Hunger Games- 

This show is action packed and a great storyline. Although it is violent at times the characters and there development is interesting. They also have a great book series. 

6. Downton Abbey-

This show is amazing! It's really well made and the characters are fantastic! The costumes and settings are breathtaking. It's definitely addicting so make sure you have a lot of time like the summer (when I watched it). 


7. I Love Lucy-

I love lucy is a cute, lovable, show that was made in the 50's. It's clean and very entertaining with all of Lucy's crazy ideas and her schemes she makes up with her landlady and friend Ethel Mertz. 


8. Disney- 

Disney is loved by people all over the world. The reason I like Disney is because of their movies, especially Mulan, Brave, Aladdin, and more! I'm so excited for beauty and the beast to come out!
