Hi everyone! It's been awhile since my last post…sorry I've been busy! Hope your Christmas and New Year were amazing! It was nice to get a break from the stress of school but now I'm back into it. Over my break I took a small vacation with my family to the Hotel Del in San Diego. It was super pretty! We were able to ice-skate on the beach! It was a very cool experience. The Hotel Del is a very historical place. There are many important people (including the president) who visited there. It's been around since February 1888! Here are some historical pictures of the hotel Del.
While we were there we visited the beach and their many restaurants.
We ate at their mexican restaurant located right on the beach, with an amazing view!
We also ate at a place in Downtown Coronado called the "Burger Lounge." They served handmade sodas and a variety of quality burgers.
After exploring the area for awhile we decided to go to the pool.
No matter what time you go it will always be relaxing and enjoyable.
A highlight of our trip was ice-skating on the beach!
We had an amazing view of the beach and the Hotel Del wherever you were skating on the rink.
We revisited the pool during sunset…in my opinion one of the prettiest times to go.
Once we had finished ice-skating and swimming we explored the Hotels many adorable shops at night.
The Hotel Del was illuminated by the many lights placed around it.
We ended our exciting trip by going to the beach.
Vacation at the Hotel Del was amazing and I highly recommend going there for any occasion!
